Description: We observed a degradation in data service performance for devices using IMSI 7.
The sponsor confirmed they are experiencing service degradation and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Service Impact: Devices may experience difficulties establishing new data sessions. Existing sessions remain unaffected.

We are monitoring the situation and actively engaged with the sponsor NOC team.
