Scheduled

As part of our regular SignalingHub site redundancy and failover validation activities, our connectivity service provider will perform a controlled production signaling failover involving our SignalingHubs, STPs, and DRAs.

The purpose of this maintenance is to validate that our site-level redundancy and traffic failover mechanisms operate as expected and remain fully prepared to support service continuity in the event of a site or infrastructure failure.

Expected Customer Impact:
During the controlled traffic failover, brief service interruptions may occur. Traffic is expected to be handled by the existing redundancy mechanisms, and any impacted signaling transactions or services should automatically recover upon subsequent retry attempts.

Teams will closely monitor the infrastructure, signaling traffic, and overall service behavior throughout the maintenance window to ensure the failover and subsequent recovery operate as expected.
